Third Mission of the University of Genoa: Regulatory Frameworks and Best Practices

From May 27 till May 31, 2024 the University of Genoa (Italy) hosted a training visit aiming to present the organization and implementation practices for the third mission activities at the University of Genoa. The training visit included the visit to the Medical Etnomuseum and Medical Simulation Center of the University of Genoa, the presentation of the University approach towards the commercialization and valorization of research and technology transfer, the diverse university programs aimed to foster the inclusion of vulnurable society member into the educational process.

Besides the extensive teaching and experience sharing component the coordination meeting took place with the focus on the reserarch results of the WP 1, planinng the activities under the WP 2 and discussing the methodology and approach to the development of the policy paper and possible visions of third mission management at Ukrainian HEIs during the war and in the postwar period.

The Ivan Franko National University of Lviv was presented at the meeting by Svitlana Sas, the head of the Financial Planing Department and Iryna Ivanochko, the head of the Quality Assurance Office.
